    INSTRUCTIONS ON BOOKMARKING

    Bookmarking allows your computer to save the URL (web address) of a page so you can easily return to it later.

    Internet Explorer Instructions:

    1. Select the icon "Favorites" from the top toolbar.
    2. On the sub-menu click on the "Add to Favorites" option.
    3. Give the link a new name or go with the default name and select "OK" to save.
    4. When you want to access the link, go back to the "Favorites" sub-menu and scroll down to select your link.

    Netscape Instructions:

    1. Depending on your version, select "Bookmarks" or "Communicator, Bookmarks" from the top toolbar.
    2. In the submenu select "Add Bookmark" or "Add Current Page".
    3. When you want to access the link, go back to the submenu and scroll down to select your link. Or in version 6, select the "Search" icon and then "Search bookmarks".

    MAKE US YOUR STARTUP HOME PAGE

    On a PC

    • Microsoft Internet Explorer
      Version 5.x and above:
      1. Go to the desired page.
      2. At the top of your browser, click the Tool menu.
      3. Select Internet Options .
      4. Click the General tab.
      5. In the Home Page section, click Use Current .
      6. Click OK .

    • Netscape Navigator
      Version 4.x or above:
      1. Click on the Edit menu.
      2. Choose Preferences .
      3. Under Category, click Navigator .
      4. In the Location or Home Box enter desired address or click "Use Current Page"
      5. Click OK .

    On a Mac
    • Microsoft Internet Explorer
      1. At top of browser, select "Edit" and "Preference"
      2. In the middle of the new window there is a bold heading "Home Page"
      3. Next to "address" type in the URL including "http://" that you want to be your startup home page
